FAQ

FAQ for Mud Pump, Plunger Pump & Sand Pump

General Questions

  1. What types of pumps do you mainly supply?

We specialize in manufacturing and supplying oilfield-specific mud pumps, high-pressure plunger pumps, and industrial sand pumps, with core models including F-1600 triplex mud pump, high-pressure plunger pumps for mud circulation, and SB series centrifugal sand pumps, all tailored for oilfield drilling, well service and mud treatment operations.
  2. Are your pumps customizable according to on-site working conditions?

Yes, all our pumps support personalized customization. We can adjust parameters such as rated pressure, displacement, drive mode (electric motor/diesel engine optional), and configure matching accessories based on your actual oilfield drilling, mud circulation or sand suction working conditions and technical requirements.
  3. Do your pumps comply with international industry standards?

Our pumps are manufactured in strict accordance with oilfield equipment industry standards, with complete quality inspection certificates. All key components are precision processed and tested before delivery to ensure stable performance in harsh oilfield working environments, meeting the usage requirements of onshore and offshore oilfield projects worldwide.

    Mud Pump (F-1600 Core Model)

    1. What is the rated working pressure and displacement of the F-1600 triplex mud pump?

The F-1600 mud pump has a rated working pressure of 35MPa, and its rated displacement can be customized according to your deep well drilling, mud circulation and pressure injection needs to match different oilfield construction requirements.
    2. What materials are used for the key parts of the F-1600 mud pump?

The fluid end of the F-1600 mud pump is made of high-chromium alloy and cast carbon steel for super wear and corrosion resistance; the power end adopts an integral cast steel frame with high rigidity and load-bearing capacity. All vulnerable parts such as plungers and cylinder liners are made of high-quality alloy materials to extend service life.
    3. How to maintain the F-1600 mud pump in daily use?

Daily maintenance mainly includes regular inspection of the tightness of sealing parts (seal rings, gaskets) to prevent mud leakage; timely cleaning of the fluid end to avoid solid particle accumulation; and regular lubrication of the power end's crankshaft and connecting rod assembly. All vulnerable parts adopt a modular design for quick disassembly and replacement without complex tools.
    4. What is the delivery time of the F-1600 mud pump?

The standard production cycle of the F-1600 mud pump is 30-45 days after order confirmation and payment. For bulk orders or customized configuration orders, the delivery time will be negotiated and confirmed according to the actual production schedule.

    Plunger Pump

    1. What is the main application of your high-pressure plunger pump in oilfield projects?

Our high-pressure plunger pumps are the core matching equipment of oilfield mud pumps, mainly used for mud pressure injection, high-pressure mud circulation, well cleaning and cementing operations in oilfield drilling, with excellent performance in high-pressure and large-displacement working conditions.
    2. What are the advantages of your plunger pump in wear resistance?

The plunger, cylinder liner and valve assembly of our plunger pump are made of heat-treated high-chromium alloy and ceramic materials, which can effectively resist abrasion from high-concentration mud and solid particles, greatly reducing the replacement frequency of vulnerable parts and saving operation costs.
    3. Can the plunger pump be perfectly matched with different models of mud pumps?

Yes, we can provide plunger pumps with matching specifications and parameters according to your mud pump models (such as F800/F1300/F1600), ensuring perfect connection and stable operation between the plunger pump and mud pump, and supporting one-stop matching of original accessories.

      Sand Pump

      1. What types of sand pumps do you supply for oilfield projects?

We mainly supply SB series centrifugal sand pumps, horizontal/vertical sand suction pumps for oilfield mud treatment, all of which are wear-resistant high-efficiency models, suitable for sand suction, mud desanding and slurry transfer in oilfield mud tanks, sedimentation tanks and drilling sites.
      2. What is the applicable medium of your sand pump?

Our sand pumps are suitable for conveying drilling mud, high-concentration industrial slurry, oilfield sand-containing slurry and other media, and can adapt to different solid particle content and medium viscosity requirements, with strong anti-blocking performance.
      3. Do you provide matching accessories for sand pumps?

Yes, we provide a full range of original matching accessories for sand pumps, including impellers, shaft sleeves, seal rings, pump casings and other vulnerable parts, with fast supply speed to ensure the timely maintenance and operation of your on-site equipment.

      After-sales & Service

      1. Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning services for the pumps?

Yes, we provide professional on-site installation, commissioning and operation training services for global customers. Our technical team can go to the construction site to guide equipment installation, debug parameters and train your operation and maintenance staff to ensure the normal use of the equipment.
      2. How about the after-sales warranty period of your pumps?

All our pumps enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of delivery (excluding vulnerable parts such as seal rings and gaskets). During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement of damaged parts caused by non-human factors and professional technical support at any time.
