UNB600 Mud Pump Connecting Rod / Conrod Assembly
This UNB600 mud pump connecting rod (also called conrod assembly) is the core power transmission component of the UNB600 double-acting duplex mud pump, widely used in oilfield drilling, geological exploration, water well drilling and mining dewatering projects. It is responsible for connecting the crankshaft and crosshead, converting the rotational motion of the crankshaft into the reciprocating linear motion of the crosshead and intermediate rod, driving the fluid end piston to complete the suction and discharge of high-pressure drilling fluid, and is a key component that bears high alternating load during pump operation.
Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel (42CrMo / 40CrNiMo), this connecting rod undergoes strict forging, heat treatment (quenching and tempering, surface hardening), precision CNC machining and dynamic balance calibration. It features excellent fatigue resistance, impact resistance and load-bearing capacity, fully meeting the high-load, high-torque working conditions of the UNB600 mud pump. It is a 100% direct replacement for original equipment, ensuring perfect fit, smooth transmission and easy installation without modification.
The connecting rod is strictly manufactured according to original UNB600 mud pump drawings, with high-precision big end and small end bearing holes to ensure stable operation, low vibration and long service life. The high-quality alloy steel material provides great tensile strength and wear resistance, adapting to harsh oilfield working environments. We also provide matching crankshaft, crosshead, bearings and full sets of UNB600 mud pump accessories for one-stop procurement. Custom processing based on customer drawings and special material requirements is also available.
The product meets ISO 9001 and API 7K standards, with strict quality inspection including flaw detection, hardness test, dimensional accuracy test and dynamic balance test. Our monthly supply capacity is 80 sets, and the lead time is 15-30 days after receiving the deposit. It is packed in standard export fumigated wooden crates with rust-proof and shock-proof packaging for safe transportation.
