UNB600 Mud Pump Fluid End / Cylinder Block

This UNB600 mud pump fluid end (also called cylinder block or hydraulic end) is the core pressure-bearing component of the UNB600 double-acting duplex mud pump, widely used in oilfield drilling, geological exploration, water well drilling and mining dewatering projects. It is responsible for the suction and discharge of high-pressure drilling fluid, directly bearing the impact of high-pressure slurry, and is a key component that determines the working pressure and service life of the mud pump.

Manufactured from high-strength ductile iron QT600-3 or optional alloy forged steel, this fluid end undergoes precision CNC machining, strict stress relief annealing, and professional anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating. It features excellent pressure resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, fully meeting the high-pressure and high-load working conditions of the UNB600 mud pump. It is a 100% direct replacement for original equipment, ensuring perfect fit, easy installation and reliable sealing without modification.

The fluid end is strictly manufactured according to original UNB600 mud pump drawings, with high-precision valve seat holes, cylinder bores and flange connection surfaces to ensure stable sealing and zero leakage under high pressure. The high-quality material provides great tensile strength and fatigue resistance, adapting to harsh oilfield working environments.
